The language of street art in Russia has its special sound. Rapidly diminishing degrees of freedom work as a catalyst here. The stronger the pressure, the more efficient the work process becomes. Russian streets are empty which makes street art one of the main mechanisms of counter-culture.     I shall talk about this movement from within it and report on its practical aspects based on the projects implemented in various Russian cities.
